ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE AGENDA ON CITIZEN RECEPTION

The Office of Inspections and Legal Affairs announces the Agenda on citizen reception as follows:

1. Periodical reception of citizen:

Board of presidents alternate with periodical citizen reception on every Thursday afternoon.

Time: From 13:00 to 15:30, at the Board of presidents’ office:

President: Assoc. Prof. Le Van Thang: Room O2.707
Vice President: Assoc. Prof. Dinh Duc Anh Vu: Room O2.713

2. Regular reception of citizens:

The Office of Inspections and Legal Affairs is assigned the regular reception of citizen tasks on working days from Monday to Friday every week (except holidays, Tet) at Room O2.710 with the following schedule:

– Morning: from 8:00 to 11:30.
– Afternoon: from 13:00 to 15:30.
