ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE AGENDA ON CITIZEN RECEPTION (the 2018-2019 school year)

The Office of Inspections and Legal Affairs announces the Agenda on citizen reception for the 2018-2019 school year as follows:

1. Periodical reception of citizen:

Board of rectors alternate with periodical citizen reception on every Thursday afternoon.

Time: From 13:00 to 15:30, at the Board of rectors’ office:

Rector Tran Tien Khoa: Room O2.707
Vice Rector Ho Nhut Quang: Room O2.712
Vice Rector Le Van Canh: Room O2.716.

2. Regular reception of citizens:

The Office of Inspections and Legal Affairs is assigned the regular reception of citizen tasks on working days from Monday to Friday every week (except holidays, Tet) at Room O2.710 with the following schedule:

– Morning: from 8:00 to 11:30.
– Afternoon: from 13:00 to 15:30.
